It takes months of preparation from sketching, painting, sanding, creating, then varnishing, framing and labelling…to get ready for a fair…and I love it! How often do we get to express our ideas and experiences, celebrate colour, connectivity and culture and create artwork which captures these stories? I will be launching this new series of work entitled ‘One World’ at the Bath Art Fair and posting progress shots here. Including all the trials and tribulations, so watch this space….

I began to think about this series many years ago and I know I am just touching the surface of the possibilities and what I want to do. I had a real block in December and a bit of a panic so changed the direction and developed my ideas further. Exploration, play, development, belief and trust all play a big part in creating art.
