A NEW SERIES OF WORKSHOPS FOR BRACE DEMENTIA RESEARCH

When you have someone in your family or a friend with dementia you realise how hard it is for them and also the people who surround them who try to care and make their lives as fulfilled as possible. BRACE is a charity based in Bristol who invest their time and raise funds for research into dementia, its causes and ultimately treatments. I am honoured to be able to contribute my time into raising awareness of this fantastic cause.

As I guide you through this whistle stop tour of the basics of art making remember the aim is not to create a masterpiece or worry what anyone else will say about your work. Park all your limiting beliefs and worries and dive right in! The first workshop will be looking at making your art stronger, playing with shapes and how you can use these ideas in your own art. These are just a few ideas for the tools you might need...

Workshops start on Tuesday 16th March, 30th March, 13th April, 27th April 2021, 11th May 2021 at 1pm for an hour. Sign up at www.alzheimers-brace.org with a £5 donation for access.
