Looking across the valley to the Brecon Beacons on a hot summer’s day. This painting is inspired partly by the award-winning Freedom of Flight and from sketches and watercolours made in situ. In the distance, you can see the mountains and hills stretch beyond to the horizon in shades of blues, and greens with pops of crimson, orange, ochre and turquoise. A contemporary landscape which would bring peace and joy to any home or office.
