Oriental Blue (SOLD)
The title describes the deep beautiful blue of the sea on an especially warm summers day. Watercolour sketches made from the cliff edge prompted a series of landscape paintings which fall under the “Searching for Paradise” series. This has title has become a metaphor as I rebuild my life and find new directions, searching for meaning and joy in the most surprising places.
